Lots of my friends have told me about this wheel and how it has helped them lots with their back pain so I decided to try it for myself. All I can say is that this product is amazing and that it really helps reduce the pain in my back. This wheel is the best thing that has happened to my back pain. I thought there was no product that could target my spine tension but this product really does the trick. It allows me to get into that narrow spot and get a deep massage to relieve most of the built up tension that I have there.
