The device is very versatile because it can give gentle massages at level 1 and very powerful massages up to level 20. I use the ball attachment a lot in order to hit my entire back and then use the fork attachment to hit the hard to reach pain along my spine. Great massager! At first I had doubts because I did not believe that this device could help me at all with my back pain.
