Lots of my friends have told me about this wheel and how it has helped them lots with their back pain so I decided to try it for myself. All I can say is that this product is amazing and that it really helps reduce the pain in my back. It has a nice soft yoga mat feeling material on the outside which is very nice to press your back on. It is just a smart and well designed product!
