Depending on the severity of you neck pain, you can use the included remote to increase or decrease the intensity of the electric pulses.
Question: My neck is a little wider than normal. Will this product fit me?
Answer: Our massager is designed to fit many different neck sizes. Thanks to the adjustable stainless steel nodes and the silicone base, the massager can move and can form to the shape of your neck.
Question: When I am using the massager, what is the tingling feeling that I feel on my neck?
Answer: This tingling feeling is completely normal and is a result of the user's skin being relatively dry which causes the nodes to no be fully on the back of the user's neck. You may use a dampened towel to wipe the back of your neck prior to use so that the nodes can sit comfortably on the neck without interference.
Question: I have pretty bad neck pains and want to intensify the strength of the electric pulses to get even more of a massage. How could I do this?
Answer: Well one way you could do this is by leaning the back of your neck on something like the headrest of your office chair to ensure that the nodes are in full contact with your neck. If you want to increase the intensity even more, you can wet the back of your neck with a dampened towel and combine that with the previous statement to get the most intense massage. If it seems like too much intensity, you can easily decrease it with the remote which is included.
